NDIS Portal Outage
HiCom Care would just like to notify you that, as of today, the NDIS Portal has been down for some NDIS Providers, including our team, due to an issue with the NDIA Payment API. This has caused us to be unable to claim the invoices that have been processed today.
In saying this, we have received notice that the NDIS will be scheduling an emergency fix for this, tomorrow 06 Dec 2022 from 8pm onwards, so, unfortunately, there will be a hold on claiming until we are able to re-access the Portal.
We extend our apologies for any inconveniences that this may cause, as much as we would like to amend this, it is out of our hands, so we will get around to processing the payments as soon as we possibly can when the NDIS Portal is up and running once again.
We will strive to keep you updated and claim payments with priority as soon as we can!
